1. Fill out the contact form.
If you decide that I am the right fit for your family - I hope I am! - fill out my contact form on my website to get in touch so we can talk all things details of your session and you can secure a date!
*You will be required to make a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit on your session to secure your date (please note that your session date is not secured until this is paid, as I may have higher demands over certain periods).
2. Getting to know you.
So that your session can be as comfortable as possible, I will send through a short questionnaire for you to fill out. This will allow me to get a better understanding of you + your family before your session, the more you tell me in this, the more I can prepare and make your session feel more authentic to you!
3. Picture time!
My favourite part! The day we get to create magic. We'll meet at the chosen spot and capture some beautiful memories. This is where you get to relax while I do the work. I encourage you to soak up some quality time with your loved ones, and just be yourselves.
4. Photo delivery
72 hours from your session you will receive a small preview of your session so you don't have to wait for the full gallery to share some pics! Following this, within 2-3 weeks, you will receive your full gallery of edited pictures via an online gallery for download.
FAQ
This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
I'm so excited to be sharing this new experience with you and am so glad you are trusting me with this! The best thing you can do is allow yourself to be vulnerable to capture authentic memories. Don't worry about the posing and prompts - I will give these to you throughout the session to make it as comfortable as possible for you.
What should I/we wear?
The best photos are always the ones that you feel comfortable in, and hence I always suggest that you wear clothes that you feel like yourself in. Upon booking you can request a style guide if you're struggling to coordinate outfits.
Can we request that our photos stay private?
Your privacy is of utmost importance to me, and I will only share your images if you allow me to. This will be asked in your questionnaire but if you change your mind you can let me know at any time.
Do you do couples photography?
Yes absolutely! Check out some of the sessions in my portfolio for inspo!
What time will my session be?
If your session is outdoors, I typically always book these around sunrise or sunset as the soft morning and evening lighting always creates the most wholesome and magical photos. If shooting indoors we will work out a time that suits best, depending on your session. I am always aware that sunrise and sunset can be difficult for some and am always willing to provide an alternative.
If your session is indoors, these typically occur mid-morning to ensure that we can get maximum lighting in your space.
Can we bring our fur baby?
Yes of course! I absolutely love fur babies - I have two dogs of my own! - and love to include them in shoots when requested. Make sure you mention this in your enquiry so I can make sure we are shooting in a dog friendly area.
